General Bonus Policy: English version

1. The Specific Terms and Conditions (“Specific Terms”) of any bonus and/or promotion regarding wagers in Casino Games, will prevail over the following Terms and Conditions in case of any inconsistency or discrepancy.

2. Any individual person is eligible to participate in bonus programs, whose conditions, amount and issuance are subject to the discretion of SOLVERDE S.A. and are non-transferable.

3. Any bonus offered by SOLVERDE S.A. is limited to one per account, which means that not more than one bonus per user, personal computer, IP address, address, telephone number, credit or debit card, electronic wallet account and/or any payment account indicated for use at SOLVERDE S.A..

4. SOLVERDE S.A. reserves the right to take legal action against abusers through competent authorities. “Abuse” includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts for the purpose of receiving numerous bonuses.

5. The bonus rules are expressed, additionally and individually, in the Specific Terms and Conditions of each promotion or offer.

6. SOLVERDE S.A. reserves the right to offer specific bonuses to specific users and/or specific groups of users, to terminate the bonus offer without prior notice or compensation, to change the Specific Terms of a bonus and to change one type of bonus offer for another at its discretion at any time.

7. Players with an account at SOLVERDE S.A who have received a bonus or offer, can’t under any circumstance, receive another bonus, offer or refund destined or meant to any other SOLVERDE S.A. account.

8. Wagering requirements (rollover) apply on all the bonuses, unless indicated otherwise. The bonus amount can’t be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.

9. Any withdrawal from the player’s account that includes bonus balance will result in a loss of that bonus balance if the requirement is not met.

10. The requirements for withdrawal (rollover) consist in wagering up to ninety nine times (x99) the amount of the active bonus, except if the Specific Terms and Conditions of the promotion present different conditions or requirements.

11. SOLVERDE S.A. offers bonuses and access to certain promotions on good-faith to players who use our site for the purpose of fun, and as appreciation for players who enjoy our site regularly. All bonuses, offers and access to promotions will be voided or denied to players who violate the spirit of these offers.

12. SOLVERDE S.A. may cancel or remove a bonus offer at any time in case, or suspicion, of abuse. SOLVERDE S.A. may also suspend, cancel or deactivate the abuser’s account without any previous notice and effective immediately, in its exclusive discretion, not refunding any deposit, account balance or gains generated in the user’s account if abuse is suspected.

13. When this General Bonus Policy and/or the Specific Terms of any bonuses or promotions are breached or if reasonable suspicion exists from behalf of SOLVERDE S.A. that a set of wagers or plays have been placed by a user, or a group of users, that due to a bonus offer or any other promotional offer, results in a guaranteed win, either individually or collectively, SOLVERDE S.A. reserves the right to revoke the bonuses offered or to cancel the results in question, as well as to retain the gains made through them.

14. In case of suspected bonus abuse, SOLVERDE S.A., may request proof of identity, age, and provenance of the used funds on any player account, at any time, mainly in the time frame before the credit of any bonus in the customer’s account.

15. In Real Play, Cash Balance will always be used first. The Bonus Balance will be used only after the entire existing Cash Balance has been played.

16. The Player can use his bonus balance and offers on all games available at CasinoSolverde.pt, unless stated otherwise in the respective Specific Terms and Conditions.

17. All bonuses, from the moment they are offered, are valid for a determined period of time (“Validity Period”). The Validity Period declared in the Specific Terms and Conditions of each promotion or offer will prevail. When the Validity Period is not expressed in the Specific Terms and conditions, it shall be fifteen (15) days.

18. To enjoy any bonus at SOLVERDE S.A., players must claim the bonus by activating it or entering a promotional bonus code, in accordance with the Specific Terms and Conditions of the promotion or bonus offer.

19. The amount of all the bonuses is distinctly indicated in the respective Specific Terms and Conditions.

20. Only wagering in Real Play contributes to the wagering requirements (rollover). When players place wagers, Cash Balance will be used before the Bonus Balance.

21. All slots available at CasinoSolverde.pt contribute with 100% of the wager to the wager requirements (rollover), except for those listed in Article 22 of this General Bonus Policy. Table games contribute with 5% of the wager.

22. The following games don't contribute to the wager requirements (rollover):
300 Shields, An Evening With Holly Madison, Foxin' Wins, Glorious Empire, Joker 10000, Merlin's Magic Respins, Merlin's Millions, Prosperity Twin and Robin Hood: Prince of Tweets.

23. If the wagering requirements (rollover) are not met until the end of the Validity Period of the bonus, it will expire and all the gains derived from the bets of the bonus are automatically cancelled.

24. In case of contradictions or conflicts between the General Bonus Policy and SOLVERDE’S S.A. Mobile Terms and Conditions, or any other mentioned herein, the Mobile Terms and Conditions will prevail, except in cases where there is a conflict between this General Bonus Policy or between SOLVERDE’s S.A. Mobile Terms and Conditions and the specific rules of promotions, bonuses or other offers subject to the Specific Terms, in which case the latter will prevail.
