You can make deposits and withdrawals starting at €10.

At CasinoSolverde.pt you can make deposits through Multibanco or Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard).

With regards to withdrawals, they may be made to Visa Credit Cards or by bank transfers.

Making a deposit at CasinoSolverde.pt is extremely simple: just log into your account and click “Cashier”. Then, just choose the deposit method, the amount you want to deposit, and fill in the data requested.

If you have already added a Credit Card to your account, you can use it without having to register it again, since you will already find its details in the “Cashier”.

No, your deposits will not have fees on behalf of CasinoSolverde.pt. However, there may be fees applied by your bank, to which CasinoSolverde.pt is unrelated. Please consult with your bank about any possible fees.

In CasinoSolverde.pt you can deposit the amount you want in your account, taking into consideration only the minimum and maximum amounts allowed per transaction, described in the CasinoSolverde.pt "Terms and Conditions". Your deposit will only be limited if there are any deposit limits on your account.

Yes. Under our Responsible Gambling Policy, you may set maximum limits for the deposit amount. You can set daily, weekly and/or monthly limits.
To set these limits, click on “My Account” at the top of the right sidebar, then on “Responsible Gambling” tab, and then “Gaming Limits”.

If your deposit is being rejected, please confirm that the card information is being correctly inserted.

There may be some possible transaction limits on your card, so you should consult your bank regarding this issue.

Although the amount you deposit is displayed in your account in real time, the transaction may take 3-5 business days to appear on you card or bank account statement.

If you want to verify that the deposits from your statement are the ones made on our site, you can easily access “My Account” and then “Account Statement” from your Player account. There, select the “Payments” filter, and you can check all the amounts deposited in your account in the chosen data range. Please note that dates may not match for the reasons given above.

If you need support to check any difference between the amounts deposited in your account and your bank statement, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

The CVV number, or three-digit code, is the last three digits of the number on the back of your debit/credit card.

3D Secure is a protocol that provides higher levels of security in online purchases, on secure sites (Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode), providing an extra confirmation that the deposit is being made by the cardholder.

Once the payment has been made, by entering the card identification data (card number, expiration date and CVV), the system directs the customer to a new page, managed by the credit card provider. On this page, you will be asked for a code that you will receive by text message. The password you receive can only be used one time. The deposit is only fully completed after the validation of this password.

Please contact your bank to activate this service or if you have any problem during this process. CasinoSolverde.pt informs that all deposits that require 3D secure will be denied when its code is not introduced correctly.

The IBAN(International Bank Account Number) is an identifier, in an international context, of a bank account number, authenticating the country, the Bank and the beneficiary’s account. The IBAN is usually 25 characters, the first two being letters with the country code. You can easily find the IBAN in your bank statement.

The SWIFT code (or BIC, as sometimes indicated) is a bank identification code. It varies depending on the bank and is usually between 8 and 11 characters.

The IBAN and SWIFT / BIC codes are required in all international operations to and from Europe.

You can make a withdrawal through your account by clicking on “Cashier”. Click the “Withdraw” tab and you’ll find all the withdrawal methods available for your account.

We remind you that you can only make a withdrawal request after confirming your identity and ownership of your payment account. If you wish to send additional documents to help the verification process, you may do so sending them in an email to [email protected].

To request an withdrawal, we'll need to confirm your identify and ownershp of your payment account. To that effect, you may submit the necessary documentation directl on 'My Documents', in 'My Account'.

Withdrawals for over €15 will not have any associated costs. For withdrawals lower than this amount, an administrative fee of €5 will apply to the transfered amount.

After the withdrawal has been approved, there is a processing time specific to each method. Most of the time, credit card and wire transfer withdrawals will arrive in your account within 72 hours, but may take up to 5 business days.

We can guarantee that CasinoSolverde.pt will do everything to approve your withdrawal as soon as possible.

Whenever a withdrawal request can’t be processed, an email will be sent informing you of the reason. If your withdrawal request has been rejected and you have not received this email, please verify your email address and check in all you email folders, including your Trash and Spam box.

You can always cancel a withdrawal, as long as it has not been processed by our verification team.

To see if your withdrawal request is still pending, go to your account and click on “Account Statement”, select the “Pending Withdrawals” filter, and if the withdrawal in question is still on the list, click on the withdrawal request and then the “Cancel Withdrawal” button.
