FAQ - Responsible Gambling

You can check all your expenses and deposits through your account. Click on “My Account” at the top of the right sidebar, and then on the “Account Statement” tab. There you’ll find all the information regarding your gaming activity, including Transaction History and Game Session History.

Additionally, you can set wager and deposit limits. These limits may be set on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis. To set these limits, click on “My Account” at the top right sidebar, then on the “Responsible Gambling” tab, and then on “Gaming Limits”.

Yes, CasinoSolverde.pt offers you different options to suspend your gaming activity.

You can set a Play Break by introducing the number of days during which your account will be suspended.

You can also set a self-exclusion period by suspending your account for a minimum period of 3 months.

To access the Play Break and Self-exclusion, click on “My Account” at the top of the right sidebar, and then on the “Responsible Gambling” tab.

If you have set a Play Break, please contact our Customer Service.

You can cancel your self-exclusion by logging into your account. Click on “My Account”, then “Responsible Gambling” and followed by clicking “Self-Exclusion”.
